Optical pattern control with micro-structure films in
LED flat panel lighting

Abstract—Flat panel with high light output intensity and space uniformity could provide high quality lighting environment. In this study, we develop the low cost microstructure films by roll to roll process to control the optical pattern from lambertian to batwing on thin (25mm) LED flat panel. The optical properties of the flat panel were presented with various optical structures.
