高效率智慧化LED光引擎封裝技術

隨著固態照明技術日益成熟,新一代LED照明技術應走向高光品質與智慧化之利基市場,而高效率與創新性的封裝技術將可提高光源輸出品質並增加附加價值,本文即針對智慧光引擎封裝技術與分析進行介紹,包括了:螢光粉噴塗與旋鍍技術、封裝最佳化演算技術、微結構射出封裝技術、人因藍光可調模組以及高演色性色溫可調光引擎之核心技術能量與應用。目前持續推動相關技術的應用與發展,未來將更能節省產品研發之時間與人力成本,期盼為LED產業注入更多元之研發能量,以因應未來高品質與高附加價值之照明需求。

The package technology and application of smart LED light engine

Abstract:
Since the LED industry gradually matured, the needs of light quality become even stronger. New generation lighting design should toward niche market application. The research project, smart LED light engine, was supported by the Bureau of Energy Ministry of Economic Affairs. The package technology for smart LED light engine, including the conformal phosphor coating with pulsed spray, LED injection molding packages, human-centric lighting module and color-tunable light engine with high CRI, were proposed in this article. Moreover, the optimized technology of LED phosphor model for precise LED package was also introduced to reduce development costs. Finally, the imagination of the smart LED light engine will be realized by these technologies mentioned in the near future.
