參數最佳化演算法於LED照明應用

隨著照明品質的需求提升,以及利基型的照明環境應用,將更能發揮固態照明的靈活調控應用優勢,然而從光源的製造、性能提升到場域照明設計,都會受到不同參數的影響。本研究採用多變數參數最佳化演算的方式,從光源封裝端之螢光粉選擇、製程參數調配;多光源低色偏計算、無段線性調控、特定頻譜擬合與藍光危害分析。本文以完整的演算模型建立照明產業上、中、下游的解決方案,並且以積體化光引擎為基礎發展智慧型光引擎,以因應未來固態照明在各領域的需求。

Abstract:
Facing ever-raising lighting quality and niche market application, solid-state lighting products are penetrating into all lighting application areas with its controllability. However, the LED package and lighting control are affected by many different design parameters. Therefore, the parameter optimization of LED lighting is needed to find the suitable design parameter under different constrains. The applications of parameter optimization, including phosphor selection for specific chromaticity coordinate, color mixing with low color shift, stepless tunable LEDs lighting control, specific lighting spectrum matching, and blue hazard evaluation, is introduction. More efforts of parameter optimization have been put into next generation smart LED light engine development which can be applied to the future lighting.
