LED積體化光引擎技術與發展

面對國際不景氣,全球LED照明市場仍持續成長,國際固態照明技術最新發展重點之一為LED 光引擎,光引擎的標準化、高效率、低成本、光品質及智慧化為目前主要開發方向,台灣目前仍處於起步階段,LED積體化光引擎主要透過高度整合光、機、電、熱、控關鍵技術,發展高性價比,體積小,長壽命及智慧化的標準光源,本研究為發展系統封裝在基板的製程,將LED晶片、一次光學封裝、直流積體化電源驅動及控制電路(電控IC)整合於高導熱石墨金屬複合基板上,搭配模組化設計二次光學反射杯及散熱器,組成模組化LED積體化光引擎。透過關鍵技術整合將直流積體化光引擎效率提升至大於80lm/W,未來目標為200lm/W交流積體化光引擎,透過電控IC將使積體化光引擎內含之燈具具有智慧化控制功能,光源體積小的特色可應用於燈具多樣化設計,透過積體化將使光引擎更容易推廣至智慧照明的應用領域。

Abstract:
In spite of economic downturn,global LED lighting market continues its growth. Technology development in solid state lighting recent focuses in standardization of the LED light engine; this effort will help to accelerate bring high-efficiency, high-quality,low-cost and intelligent light engine to reality. Taiwan currently is making initial progress along the path to develop key technologies to integrate photonic, mechanical, thermal and controlling aspects together making smaller,higher cost-performance, longer-life and smarter standard light module. In this study, through the integration of key technologies can bring DC intelligent light engine efficiency to more than 80 lm / W; in the future the target will be at 200 lm / W. The fixture will have the intelligent control function through the integration of light engine, and the smaller light source can be applied to diverse designs and the light engine can be easily expanded to the field of smart lighting applications with this LED integrated light engine.
