固態照明於病房照明之應用與發展

摘 要
全球能源價格高漲,具有節能優勢的LED照明燈具之發展潛力深為各國所期待。隨著LED 燈具的普及、壽命增長以及效率的大幅提升,下一階段的開發重點將是對於利基型場域進行照明設計並開發具高輸出品質與高照明舒適度之照明產品。對於醫療環境中與病患接觸時間最久的病房照明,如導入高效率、可調光調色溫且易於控制的LED 燈具,在未來將具有極大的發展潛力。本文針對目前之醫療照明市場以及技術需求進行分析,並且介紹工研院綠能所目前根據混光演算法所開發之可調光調色溫床頭燈,期待能提供國內產業切入利基型照明市場之方向。
Abstract
Facing ever-raising energy prices, solid state lighting such as LED comes into picture with its energy saving potential, and quickly grasp high expectations. LED lighting products are penetrating into all lighting
application areas with its higher efficiency, longer life time and better controllability. More efforts has been put into next generation luminaire development which can be applied to niche market first to demonstrate high quality lighting environment. Considering lighting needs in healthcare environment, people will need
reliable light source with high efficiency, good color rendering capability and even features like tunable color temperature for better comfort. According to marketing research, luminance and color temperature tunable luminaire with control systems has great potential in near future. In this study, we will highlight the recent trend in healthcare lighting, and discuss key needs in this niche market. Finally, we will present the research results of color tunable wall-mount luminaire developed by ITRI.
